2015 Model Year Brings Tech Advancements to the Lexus LS Flagship
Lexus may have already modernized its LS luxury sedan with a complete redesign for the 2013 model year, but the luxury automaker wants to make sure that its flagship model always has the most cutting-edge technology. That’s why the 2015 Lexus LS will feature a range of new or upgraded features when it goes on sale at our Florida Lexus dealer soon.
The most significant addition to the 2015 LS will be a new multimedia system with advanced navigation functionality that includes up-to-date and predictive traffic information, and if you’re running out of fuel during your commute, it will provide a list of the closest gas stations. Meanwhile, Slacker and an updated version of iHeartRadio will join other popular mobile apps like Pandora, OpenTable and Yelp in the intuitive Lexus Enform App Suite, which integrates with the driver’s smartphone to bring the user interface to the vehicle’s center-console display.
With a complimentary one-year subscription to the new Lexus Enform Remote mobile app, drivers of the 2015 LS will also be able to lock or unlock the doors and start up the engine and climate controls remotely with their smartphones. Additionally, the app will help you locate your LS in a parking lot, and if you lend out your car, the Lexus Enform Remote will keep tabs on other drivers by sending alerts if a preset speed or mile limit is surpassed.
Of course, most technology sounds great on paper, so we suggest stopping by our Lexus dealership near Fort Lauderdale to discover for yourself just how easy these new features are to use. Keep an eye on our Lexus LS inventory to see when the latest version of the brand’s flagship luxury sedan arrives in our showroom.
