2018 Lexus LC 500

The 2018 Lexus LC 500 Was Named to Wards 2017 10 Best Interiors List!

When you shop for a new or used Lexus, one of the first major considerations you take into account is the aesthetics, safety, amenities and capabilities of its interior. You value the look and feel of your cabin and cockpit because you want to ensure you’ll be traversing in ultimate style and comfort, and rightfully so! Since Americans spend the bulk of their days commuting back and forth in their vehicles, you deserve an interior that will welcome you and deliver a luxurious ride from start to finish. When it comes time to decide on an interior worthy of your money, look no further than the 2018 Lexus LC 500, as it has just been named to the 2017 Wards “10 Best Interiors” List.
The 2018 Lexus LC 500, the automaker’s flagship performance coupe, has been named to this list multiple times, and its recognition just proves Lexus’ commitment to excellence. To be eligible for recognition on this prestigious list, the interior of the 2018 Lexus LC 500 needed to be all-new or greatly redesigned for the U.S. market. Once it jumped that hurdle, the Lexus LC 500 was further judged on its interior’s ergonomics, value, fit-and-finish, aesthetics and design harmony, materials and how well the vehicle relayed and communicated driving behavior information to its driver.
The 2018 Lexus LC 500 and its breathtaking interior truly reflect the innovative and creative direction Lexus is looking to take in its upcoming model years. Since its humble beginnings, Lexus has faithfully melded beautiful design, exhilarating performance, deluxe comfort and highly detailed craftsmanship together to create a result that is truly extraordinary.

Lexus Recognized For Excellent Customer Service

Lexus has yet again been recognized for excellence, this time for its exceptional customer service marks. J.D. Power recently released the results of its 2017 CSI Study, which measures customer satisfaction with service at a franchised dealer or independent service facility. The study takes into account the maintenance or repair work among owners and lessees of 1- to 5-year-old vehicles. This is the 17th time that Lexus has claimed the top spot — further proof of the undeniable class of Lexus vehicles. Brands were scored on a 1,000-point scale, and Lexus earned a mark of 874, which is 15 points above the segment average. Additionally, it was the highest score overall in the study, regardless of segment.
“At Lexus, we aim to create amazing experiences for our customers by anticipating their needs both at the time of purchase and years down the road,” said Jeff Bracken, Lexus group vice president and general manager. “Customer service is at the heart of our brand, and we’re proud of the continuous efforts by our dealers to exceed our buyers’ expectations.”
